The truffled Pecorino or Al Tartufo is an Italian cheese made with 100% pasteurized sheep's milk and that throughout your healing process is immersed in a large number of black truffle shavings, which give it the characteristic spicy flavour. Its fat content is 36%.
This cheese of yellowish appearance, has a grainy texture, that winegar to be cut.
